The beautiful Colony Theatre in Winter Park, Florida. Another well preserved Art Deco theater, built in 1939 and closed in 1975.
Classic old sign of the past advertising Sealtest Ice Cream, uncovered above the Oleson Gallery on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg. It was repainted and cleaned up. Here’s the before image.

The preserved historic McCrory’s neon sign found in downtown St.Petersburg. McCrory’s was a Five and Dime store located in a 1904 building which also housed the 40-room Alden Hotel (previously Preston Hotel).

Here’s the first posting of some great type finds in Florida. Retro neon signage found in St. Petersburg at the Bon-Aire Resort. Love how disproportionately big the sign is for the building.
